Our advantage is that we have lived and worked in Siskiyou County for 40 years so we have the connections, the geography, and the local savvy needed to sell or rent your home. We visit all the communities on a regular basis: Dunsmuir, Mt. Shasta, Weed, Yreka, and the smaller ones, too.

We live in Lake Shastina, which is northeast of Mt. Shasta and Weed and we work from our home. So unlike office-bound agents one of us is always available to show your home on short notice and to write offers — nights, weekends, and holidays included.

We are detail-minded people too, having learned at the get-go that a deal can unravel for lack of attention to them. We dot the "eyes" and cross the "tees" and just generally sweat the small stuff so you don't have to worry.

And finally, there are two of us. You get two mature and experienced Realtors for the price of one, so to speak. Two pair of eyes going over every contract and offer, two different minds looking at which angle might be the best deal for you. We don't always agree either, and that is also good for you. We are licensed brokers as well, offering the extended level of knowledge and training which that license entails.

In addition to real estate sales we also own and operate Batchelder Property Management for clients who want to rent their property here. This has proven to be a boon to owners who decide to sell later because many times our tenants become ready-made buyers.
